We provide only the technology platform for listing and discovering properties. We do not act as property agents, brokers, or intermediaries.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, posting a property, browsing listings, or otherwise using NoAgentRent, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
User Responsibilities

Property Listings
Property owners are solely responsible for the information they publish, including:
- Property description.
- Location and address.
- Rental amount.
- Photographs.
- Property availability.
- Ownership or authorization to advertise.
NoAgentRent does not verify ownership or guarantee the accuracy of any listing.
Prohibited Activities
- Posting false or misleading property information.
- Publishing duplicate or spam listings.
- Uploading illegal, offensive, or copyrighted content.
- Impersonating another individual or organization.
- Attempting unauthorized access to our systems.
- Using the platform for fraudulent or unlawful activities.
Payments & Financial Transactions
NoAgentRent does not participate in financial transactions between users.
- We do not collect rent payments.
- We do not collect security deposits.
- We do not charge brokerage or commissions for property transactions.
- All negotiations and payments take place directly between property owners and tenants.
Verification & Due Diligence
Before entering into any agreement or making any payment, users are responsible for:
- Inspecting the property.
- Verifying ownership documents.
- Reviewing rental agreements.
- Confirming all property details independently.
Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, logos, graphics, software, and design are the property of NoAgentRent unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions or misuse the platform.
Limitation of Liability
NoAgentRent is not responsible for:
- Incorrect or misleading property information.
- Fraudulent listings or user misconduct.
- Property ownership disputes.
- Rental disagreements between users.
- Financial losses arising from user transactions.
- Property availability or condition.
Users access and use the platform entirely at their own discretion and risk.
Changes to These Terms
NoAgentRent may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Property Verification & Fraud Prevention
NoAgentRent is an online property listing platform that allows property owners to publish their own listings. We do not verify, inspect, approve, or validate the ownership, authenticity, legality, or condition of any property listed on our platform.
Property owners are solely responsible for the accuracy and legitimacy of the information they provide. NoAgentRent is not responsible for fake, misleading, fraudulent, duplicate, or unauthorized property listings submitted by users.
Users are strongly advised to verify all property details, ownership documents, and the identity of the property owner before making any payments or entering into rental agreements.
Important Notice to Property Owners
Posting fake, misleading, duplicate, or fraudulent property listings is strictly prohibited on NoAgentRent.
Any listing found to contain false information may be removed immediately without prior notice. Accounts repeatedly violating this policy may be suspended or permanently terminated.

నిషేధిత కార్యకలాపాలు

Payments & ఆర్థిక లావాదేవీలు

Verification & Due Diligence

మేధో సంపత్తి హక్కులు
వెబ్సైట్లోని అన్ని Content, Branding, Logos, Graphics, Software మరియు Design NoAgentRentకు చెందినవి (వేరుగా పేర్కొంటే తప్ప). అనుమతి లేకుండా వాటిని కాపీ చేయడం, పునర్ముద్రించడం లేదా పంపిణీ చేయడం నిషేధం.

నిబంధనలలో మార్పులు
NoAgentRent ఎప్పుడైనా ఈ నిబంధనలు & షరతులను నవీకరించవచ్చు. మార్పులు ప్రచురించిన తర్వాత Platformను ఉపయోగించడం ద్వారా మీరు తాజా నిబంధనలను అంగీకరించినట్లుగా పరిగణించబడుతుంది.
ఆస్తి Verification & మోసం నివారణ
NoAgentRent అనేది Property Listing Platform మాత్రమే. మేము ఏ ఆస్తి యాజమాన్యం, ప్రామాణికత, చట్టబద్ధత లేదా స్థితిని ధృవీకరించము లేదా ఆమోదించము.
ఆస్తి యజమానులు అందించే సమాచారానికి వారే పూర్తిగా బాధ్యత వహిస్తారు. నకిలీ, మోసపూరిత లేదా అనధికార ఆస్తి జాబితాలకు NoAgentRent బాధ్యత వహించదు.
ఏ చెల్లింపు చేయడానికి లేదా Rental Agreementలో ప్రవేశించడానికి ముందు, ఆస్తి వివరాలు, యాజమాన్య పత్రాలు మరియు ఆస్తి యజమాని గుర్తింపును తప్పనిసరిగా ధృవీకరించండి.
ఆస్తి యజమానులకు ముఖ్యమైన సూచన
NoAgentRentలో తప్పుడు, మోసపూరిత లేదా నకిలీ ఆస్తి జాబితాలను ప్రచురించడం పూర్తిగా నిషేధించబడింది.
తప్పుడు సమాచారం ఉన్న జాబితాలను ముందస్తు నోటీసు లేకుండా తొలగించవచ్చు. ఈ విధానాన్ని పదేపదే ఉల్లంఘించే ఖాతాలు తాత్కాలికంగా నిలిపివేయబడవచ్చు లేదా శాశ్వతంగా రద్దు చేయబడవచ్చు.
